About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Scout. As a Talent Scout, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates to fill positions across various departments within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Proactively search and identify potential candidates through various channels
Screen and evaluate resumes, qualifications, and skills
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of the local labor market and relevant industries
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
High level of professionalism and integrity
