Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies to attract top talent from various communities, ensuring diversity at all levels of the organization.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to promote Allied Universal as an employer of choice.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making job offers.
Conduct ongoing analysis of recruitment strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for ensuring a bias-free and inclusive selection process.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance diversity and inclusion awareness among employees.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in diversity and inclusion, implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Passionate about social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
