We are seeking a passionate individual to join our esteemed organization, the European External Action Service (EEAS), located in the vibrant Brussels-Capital Region of Belgium. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our communication efforts.
Lead initiatives to enhance cultural understanding and sensitivity among our diverse workforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement effective diversity communication plans.
Ensure our messaging and media materials reflect and celebrate our multiculturalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and executing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Strong knowledge of effective communication strategies and media trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse individuals.
Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and cultures.
Knowledge of EU policies and structures will be considered an advantage.
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
