Job Opening: Guest Experience Curator

Position Overview

As a Guest Experience Curator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring memorable and extraordinary stays for our discerning guests.
You will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, organizing interactions with local attractions, and coordinating special requests to create unforgettable moments.
Collaborating closely with the concierge, F&B team, and front desk, you will contribute to a seamless guest journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional service.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences and going the extra mile for guests.
Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
