Position: Construction Project Coordinator

Job Description:

Coordinate and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
