Position: Construction Project Coordinator
Job Description:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
