Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a passionate individual to fill the position of Professional Wellness Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty, health, and wellness services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their beauty and wellness needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's requirements
Perform a variety of spa and wellness treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body wraps, and nail services
Provide expert advice on beauty and wellness products, ensuring clients have access to high-quality and effective products
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all areas of the spa
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our wellness services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience as a wellness specialist, beauty therapist, or a related role
Recognized certification or diploma in beauty therapy, spa therapy, or a related field
Expertise in a range of beauty and wellness treatments and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional customer service abilities
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
