Your Role:

Collaborate with local government agencies and nonprofit organizations to identify community development opportunities.
Research and analyze community needs and propose feasible solutions.
Develop and implement community development plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to engage stakeholders and gather input for project designs.
Prepare grant applications and proposals to secure funding for community development initiatives.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, track expenses, and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working in community development, preferably within the government or nonprofit sector.
Strong understanding of zoning regulations, land use policies, and community planning principles.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
