Role Overview:

As a Community Engagement Specialist with Almacenes El Rey, you will play a vital role in facilitating collaboration between our organization and the local community. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with various community stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the company's vision and values
Identify and establish partnerships with local government agencies, community-based organizations, and non-profit entities
Create and manage community outreach programs and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives
Coordinate and lead public events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness and enhance community involvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the integration of community interests into company projects and initiatives
Assess community needs and develop strategies to address them effectively
Measure and report on the impact of community engagement activities

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Community Development)
Prior experience in community engagement, public relations, or a related field
Strong understanding of local government structures and non-profit sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record in project management and event coordination
Passionate about creating positive social change and contributing to community development
