Job Position: Professional Service Team Member
Job Description:
- Engage with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met professionally
- Provide prompt assistance to customers and address inquiries and concerns, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
- Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling with attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with hygiene and safety standards
- Go above and beyond to meet customer expectations and provide outstanding service
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
