Job Position: Professional Service Team Member

Job Description:

Engage with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met professionally
Provide prompt assistance to customers and address inquiries and concerns, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling with attention to detail and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment
Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with hygiene and safety standards
Go above and beyond to meet customer expectations and provide outstanding service

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
