Position: Development Coordinator
Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the planning and execution of development projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure construction projects align with design specifications
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and provide regular progress updates
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and permits
- Resolve any arising issues or discrepancies during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Experience in coordinating construction or development projects is preferred
