Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our continuous growth. Your expertise and strategic approach will contribute to strengthening our competitive advantage in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job descriptions aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Utilize various sourcing channels and networks to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations.
Implement and enhance recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience of at least 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels, including specialized technical roles.
Solid knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and stakeholders with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
