We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and selecting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to meet the ongoing staffing needs of the company.
Creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing advertisements on various job boards and platforms.
Utilizing social media, professional networks, and other channels to proactively source and attract qualified candidates.
Conducting initial screening and reviewing resumes to identify best-fit candidates.
Conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiating job offers and facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably within the food manufacturing or CPG industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software.
