Role Overview:

As a Development Strategist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' goals and setting the stage for successful urban transformations. Leveraging your deep knowledge of the built environment, you will develop innovative strategies that optimize construction projects, drive sustainable growth, and create lasting value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demand, and investment opportunities.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Assess project feasibility, financial viability, and risk factors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and present compelling business cases and feasibility studies.
Develop strategies to optimize project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Provide expert advice on market positioning, branding, and marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.
Monitor project implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, industry publications, and conferences to enhance our firm's reputation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Urban Planning, Engineering, Business).
5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, project management, or business development within the Construction/Real Estate industry.
Proven track record in leading high-profile projects from inception to successful completion.
Strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment and influence key stakeholders.
Proficiency in industry-leading software and platforms.
Fluency in English, with knowledge of French or Dutch being an advantage.
