Job Opening: Content Engagement Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Content Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our communication channels, connect with our audience, and promote our brand. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and expertise towards shaping our media presence.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and compelling content across various media platforms (e.g., social media, website, newsletters)
Manage and grow our social media presence through strategic planning and execution
Collaborate with other team members to develop content strategies aligned with our goals
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of our communication efforts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our communication activities

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English
Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing
Proficiency in using various social media platforms and other digital tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
