Your Responsibilities

Develop and curate a range of sustainable wellness products that align with our company's vision.
Engage with industry professionals to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Create compelling content that educates and inspires our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product improvements.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications

Passionate about sustainable living and the intersection of beauty and healthcare.
Strong knowledge of natural ingredients and their benefits in skincare and wellness.
Proven experience in product development within the beauty or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
Highly creative mindset, able to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to the table.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
