Position: Cultural Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between our company and diverse communities, fostering positive relationships and understanding
Develop and execute culturally tailored communication strategies to engage external stakeholders
Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, articles, and social media campaigns
Organize and participate in cultural events and initiatives to promote diversity
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure inclusive messaging in marketing and branding efforts
Evaluate the effectiveness of cultural engagement initiatives and propose improvements

Requirements:

Strong intercultural communication skills and sensitivity towards diverse cultures
Experience in developing and executing communication strategies
Familiarity with multimedia production and editing
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational and project management skills
