The Hospitality Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational activities within our industry-leading establishments. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and high standards of quality

Monitor industry trends and implement innovative solutions to drive revenue growth
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures

Evaluate and address customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and service

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality sector
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities
In-depth knowledge of restaurant/hotel industry standards, trends, and best practices
Excellent financial acumen and ability to work with budgets and financial reports
Proficient in using relevant software applications and technology
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
