Exciting Opportunity: Eco-Research Coordinator
At KZN Bat Centre, we are driven by our commitment to environmental conservation and sustainable development in KwaZulu-Natal. We are looking for an Eco-Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team, embracing our rich multicultural environment and promoting diversity in all aspects of our work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ecological surveys and research on local biodiversity
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop conservation initiatives
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to inform environmental management strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Ecology, or related field
- Proficiency in GIS and other geospatial analysis tools
- Experience in ecological fieldwork and data collection
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team
- Passion for environmental sustainability and biodiversity conservation
