Opportunity: Architectural Financial Consultant

Are you a visionary in the world of design and construction? Do you have a passion for transforming blueprints into vibrant communities?

We are seeking individuals with a unique blend of financial expertise and knowledge in the Construction/Real Estate industry to join our team as Architectural Financial Consultants.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, developers, and construction teams to provide financial and strategic advice.
Ensure compliant and successful project financing through accurate financial analysis.
Evaluate and assess risk, profitability, and feasibility of construction projects.
Develop comprehensive financial plans to support project stakeholders.
Provide professional guidance on tax incentives and financing options for clients.
Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial analysis within the Construction/Real Estate industry.
Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction terminology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.
