We, at Aareal Bank AG, are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our workforce by attracting and selecting the best talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high caliber of talent selection.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the financial industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
