About the Role

As a Building Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our city's infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, design, and construction of major building projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans related to building development within our municipality.
Coordinate with construction firms, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of building projects.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to final completion.
Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, regulations, and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify innovative approaches to building development.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing building development projects, preferably in a municipal or real estate environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes related to building construction and urban development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
