We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our exceptional team in the talent acquisition domain. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Region Gotland, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our organization by identifying and attracting top-tier professionals who will contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Implement innovative and result-oriented recruitment strategies
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans
Utilize modern recruitment technologies and tools for efficient candidate management
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive improvements in our recruitment processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a large organization
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing methods and interview techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
High degree of professionalism and integrity
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish
