Job Description:

Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction through unique energy-centric experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of innovative energy solutions within our establishments.
Drive research and development efforts to identify new trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices in the hospitality sector.
Lead the evaluation and selection of cutting-edge energy equipment, systems, and suppliers.
Manage the planning and execution of energy-conscious initiatives, encompassing optimized utility usage, waste management, and green solutions.
Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and participate in energy-related projects.

Qualifications:

A passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of its evolving dynamics.
Proven experience in driving innovation within a related field.
Strong knowledge of energy-efficient technologies, renewable energy systems, and sustainability practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to engage and inspire diverse teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and implement unique solutions.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
