Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to increase awareness and participation in education initiatives
Create compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate communication efforts and support cross-departmental initiatives
Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, media outlets, and key stakeholders
Organize and oversee events, workshops, and public meetings to foster community engagement
Provide support to schools and districts in enhancing their communication practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in community engagement or public relations
Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and technologies
Knowledge of educational systems and policies
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
