Your Responsibilities:

Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Review, screen, and shortlist resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct interviews in a professional and confidential manner to assess candidates' suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and coordinating interviews.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date with industry trends and implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract diverse talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external recruitment partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Detail-oriented approach with exceptional analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of Swedish labor laws and regulations related to recruitment is a plus.
A passion for teamwork and a desire to contribute positively to the overall company culture.
