Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract top talent to join our team. Your extensive knowledge and experience in recruitment practices will enable you to develop effective strategies to source, assess, and hire skilled professionals.
Your Tasks:
- Partner with department heads to analyze hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Create engaging job postings and advertisements that highlight the professionalism and dedication within our organization
- Utilize various recruitment channels and networks to attract high-quality candidates
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
- Guide candidates through the selection process, ensuring a positive and respectful candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate offers and finalize employment contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
