Position: Gastronomy Connoisseur

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Gastronomy Connoisseur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing an extraordinary dining experience that perfectly complements our exceptional wine selection.

Your Responsibilities

Developing innovative menus that showcase the finest local ingredients and reflect the culinary traditions of the region.
Supervising the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maximize their potential and maintain top-notch performance.
Collaborating with our sommeliers to curate harmonious wine and food pairings, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory, ordering supplies, and managing costs to optimize profitability.

Your Qualifications

Proven experience working in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels, preferably with exposure to Italian cuisine.
A deep passion and understanding of gourmet food, wines, and culinary trends.
Demonstrated creativity in menu development and a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
