Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wellness Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Wellness Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of our employees by coordinating various health and wellness initiatives, aiming to foster a healthy and balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives.
Organize wellness workshops, seminars, and activities to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to offer on-site wellness services.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking personal health and wellbeing advice.
Create engaging educational materials regarding health and wellness topics for internal distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wellness initiatives into company culture.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of health and wellness strategies, preferably in a corporate setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize and execute wellness programs effectively.
Experience in data analysis and reporting on program outcomes.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
