About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Wellness Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong partnerships with beauty and healthcare professionals in Brussels-Capital Region. By leveraging your industry expertise and networking skills, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and creating a trusted network of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationships with beauty salons, wellness centers, and healthcare providers in the region.
Develop strategic partnership proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of our partner network.
Organize and participate in industry events to promote AXA Bank Belgium's financial products and services.
Continuous market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the beauty and healthcare sectors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within the beauty or healthcare industry.
A deep understanding of the local beauty and healthcare market in Brussels-Capital Region.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
