We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth for our exceptional workforce.

Your Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the company's objectives
Create engaging training materials, both online and offline, to support employee development
Collaborate with department managers to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and delivering successful learning and development programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms
