About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Surnadal kommune, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive our organization forward. You will have the opportunity to shape our recruitment strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that our hiring procedures align with our organizational values and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative recruitment strategies and techniques to reach the best candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and networking with potential candidates.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent Surnadal kommune as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and sourcing methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Understanding of legal and ethical requirements related to recruitment.
