Culinary Craftsmanship Position:

We are currently seeking a Culinary Craftsmanship professional to join our team in the Île-de-France region. As a Culinary Craftsmanship specialist at Renault, you will play a pivotal role in elevating gourmet experiences for our esteemed clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

Creating innovative and delectable menus that captivate our customers' taste buds
Developing and refining recipes to meet the highest standards of quality and taste
Collaborating closely with our Chef-in-Residence to ensure menu coherence and excellence
Overseeing food preparation and presentation, guaranteeing impeccable execution
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen
Contributing to menu pricing and cost control strategies

Your Qualifications:

An unwavering passion for gastronomy and the culinary arts
Prior experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting, preferably in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of French and international cuisine, as well as evolving food trends
Proven ability to create exciting and unique dishes
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus
Culinary degree or relevant qualifications
