Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source qualified candidates
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews
Create and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, events, and other recruitment initiatives
Stay up-to-date with best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
