Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Identify and attract top talent by utilizing various sourcing strategies and channels
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
Screen and assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics to improve processes and make informed decisions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy sector
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand and align hiring needs with overall company goals
Passionate about renewable energy and making a positive impact
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
