Job Description:
As a Life Balance Coordinator at TARGOBANK AG & Co. KGaA, you will play a pivotal role in promoting work-life balance among our employees, fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance work-life balance within the organization
- Designing and coordinating flexible work arrangements, including remote work and flexible hours
- Organizing wellness programs, such as fitness classes and mindfulness workshops
- Collaborating with departments to create employee support programs
- Conducting surveys and assessments to evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement
Requirements:
