Job Description:

As a Life Balance Coordinator at TARGOBANK AG & Co. KGaA, you will play a pivotal role in promoting work-life balance among our employees, fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment. You will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance work-life balance within the organization
Designing and coordinating flexible work arrangements, including remote work and flexible hours
Organizing wellness programs, such as fitness classes and mindfulness workshops
Collaborating with departments to create employee support programs
Conducting surveys and assessments to evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement wellness initiatives
Understanding of work-life balance challenges and solutions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
