Position: Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the company
Create and manage initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure diverse candidate pools for open positions
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on diversity and inclusion matters
Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote cultural awareness and inclusivity
Partner with external organizations to enhance diversity programs and community outreach
Analyze diversity metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in diversity and inclusion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs
Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Passion for promoting diversity and creating an inclusive work environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in training facilitation and delivering impactful presentations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
