We are currently hiring for an Advanced Technologies Lead!

Job Description:

Develop and implement advanced technology strategies to enhance construction and real estate operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement relevant technologies.
Lead technology evaluation and selection processes for new projects.
Manage a team of technology specialists and provide technical guidance and support.
Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of digital construction platforms and software applications.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for all technology-related aspects.
Monitor project performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions using advanced technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing advanced technologies within the construction and real estate industry.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in technology evaluation and system integration.
Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
