Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Coordinator. This role will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with local communities, government bodies, and non-profit organizations to further our mission of responsible and impactful development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local government agencies and non-profit organizations
Plan and execute community outreach programs and events
Identify and assess community needs, advocating for responsible development practices
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate community feedback into project planning
Monitor and report on community sentiment and proactively address issues
Contribute to CSR initiatives and drive community-centered sustainability efforts
Represent Goodman Group at public forums, demonstrating our commitment to community engagement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Urban Planning, or related field
Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or similar roles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of government processes and community development dynamics
Demonstrated passion for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse environment
