Position: Student Support Specialist

Provide academic assistance and support to students enrolled in our beauty/healthcare courses
Respond to student inquiries regarding course materials, assignments, and technical difficulties
Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure the success of each student
Create a supportive and motivating environment to enhance student engagement and retention
Conduct virtual meetings and facilitate discussions to foster a sense of community among students

Qualifications

A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed
A background in beauty/healthcare is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Proficiency in using educational technology tools and online learning platforms
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
