At the North Carolina Small Business and Technology Development Center (NCSBTDC), we are searching for a dynamic and driven individual to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in recruiting and selecting top-tier candidates to join our diverse and innovative organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top talent aligned with our mission.

What You'll Do:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Create and implement proactive recruitment strategies through various channels
Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to attract potential candidates
Review resumes, conduct screenings and interviews, and facilitate candidate assessments
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Cultivate relationships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to foster talent pipelines
Ensure compliance with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures

What You'll Bring:
