About the Role:

As the Engagement and Collaboration Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting effective communication, teamwork, and a positive work culture within our organization. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate engagement initiatives, streamline internal communication channels, and foster a collaborative spirit across the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance communication and engagement among employees
Create and manage internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms
Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and workshops
Provide guidance and support to departments to ensure effective communication practices
Collaborate with HR to design and execute employee engagement programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and suggest improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Communication, Psychology, Business Administration)
Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An innovative, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms
