We are looking for a passionate individual to join our renowned institution, Stockholm University of the Arts, as a Sustainability and Talent Management Specialist. About the Role:

As a Sustainability and Talent Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the responsible growth and development of our university, while promoting our commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives within our institution
Create and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain diverse and exceptional individuals
Design and lead talent development programs to foster professional growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to create a sustainable and inclusive work environment
Provide guidance and support on sustainable HR practices
Monitor and report on progress towards sustainability goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in sustainability or talent management
Strong knowledge of environmental practices and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
Passion for social responsibility and environmental sustainability
Ability to work collaboratively and provide leadership
