Your Role:

Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from advertising open positions to negotiating offers and onboarding successful candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to optimize the recruitment process.
Partner with marketing and employer branding teams to promote our employer brand and enhance our presence in the talent market.

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role within the HR industry.
A solid understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
An innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Fluency in both written and spoken English (C1 level), German language skills would be a plus.
