Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology roles with a focus on government/nonprofit projects
Expertise in developing and implementing advanced technology solutions, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity
Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Strong knowledge of database management systems and relational databases
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Research, assess, and recommend innovative technologies relevant to the tax consulting industry
Design and implement advanced technology solutions to optimize operations and enhance efficiency
Manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology projects
Oversee the development and implementation of software applications and systems
Analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Train and support staff on technology-related tools and systems
