Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

Work collaboratively with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, websites, and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
