Position: Wellness Solutions Expert

Job Description:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements within the beauty, skincare, and wellness industries.
Analyze market demands and consumer needs to identify new opportunities for product development and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and marketing.
Design and develop innovative wellness solutions that align with our mission of sustainability and promote well-being.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new product initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
Provide insights and guidance to clients regarding sustainable practices and wellness strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Beauty Sciences, Health Sciences, or a comparable discipline.
Proven experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry, preferably in a research and development or product management role.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
A passion for sustainable living, environmental stewardship, and promoting overall well-being.
