Your Role:

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our valued customers have an unforgettable experience every time they visit our establishment. You will oversee the coordination and execution of various activities related to customer satisfaction and engagement, working closely with our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver a superior guest experience
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and implement necessary changes
Train and coach staff on best practices for delivering exceptional customer service
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Handle guest complaints and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
Fluent in German and English
