About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals to the Northern Territory Government
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs
Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates
Providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment policies and procedures
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Relevant experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
