Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Professional Spa and Wellness Specialist. This role focuses on providing exceptional beauty and healthcare services to our guests during their culinary tours.

Responsibilities:

Offer a range of wellness treatments and services to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Provide professional advice on beauty and healthcare practices.
Create personalized wellness programs tailored to individual clients' needs and preferences.
Collaborate with local spas and healthcare facilities to offer additional services and experiences.
Ensure all spa and wellness equipment is maintained and in excellent working condition.
Maintain a clean and serene spa environment.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in spa and wellness practices.
Provide exceptional customer service by attending to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty and healthcare industry.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in spa and wellness-related disciplines.
Demonstrated knowledge of various beauty and healthcare treatments.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages will be considered a plus.
