Your Role

As a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify diversity goals and work closely with them throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will:

Design and execute initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within our organization
Partner with external organizations to build networks and increase our visibility among underrepresented groups
Conduct training sessions on unconscious bias and cultural sensitivity for our hiring teams
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our diversity recruitment practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion

Your Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in a professional setting
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices with a focus on diversity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
